Shapurji had only two sons, Seth Khurshedji and Seth Jamshedji.
Seth Khurshedji was born on 12th April 1852 in Karachi. He
inherited a loving temperament from his mother, Bai Virbaiji
and the indomitable will of his father. From early times he
took a keen interest in welfare of the school. He served as
the Chairman of the School Board to the day of his death.
His interest was so practical that at times when there was
no Headmaster he acted as the Head. His interest in the welfare
of the youths expressed itself in the fact that he was elected
the Vice President of the YMZA and appointed the Trustee of
the Hirjikaka Dar-e-Meher.
twenty-one years after the death of his father Seth Khurshedji
carried out the duties entrusted to him in an exemplary manner.
He died on 4th September 1915, leaving behind him four sons
and two daughters.

During the term of Presidentship, nearly 21 years, he has
rendered valuable service to school. It is difficult to fill
up such a irreparable loss."
of his sons Seth Edulji and Seth Kawasji continued the traditions
of the family, and have acted as Chairman of the School Board.
